Nigel and Steven’s opening address at the Insight 2009 Conference 5th November:  From under the Bonnet to The Driver’s Seat.  Nigel reminds us of the impact of the recession on the industry, key events in the last 2 years and how supporters have been changing in this environment.  Steven takes us through some of the findings from the poll of SIG members on key challenges in the sector and the types of support requested from the group.
