Barnardo’s are doing some work to improve the efficiency of their database and would like to ask member of the Insight SIG some questions in order to help them. The questions are: 1) How many supporters do you have on your database? 2) How many individual payments do you have recorded [...] A colleague is putting together a list of comms planner software: “What we need in a nutshell is a tool that allows creating marketing plans, then building specific campaigns under these plans, recording of customer segments who will receive the mailings.
