JOB SUMMARY:

You will support the data requirements for Engagement by undertaking data importing, financial administration and training of staff on our databases. To also work with the team to ensure a high quality of data integrity is maintained.

You will:

  • Ensure data is imported from multiple internal and external stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. Ensuring the data is of the appropriate content and format whilst also adhering to all legal requirements.
  • Setting up campaigns including gathering requirements, liaising with agencies, setting campaign up on the system, testing and resolving data issues when campaign is live.
  • Liaise with Finance when running regular Gift Aid claims, audit, month end, queries and reporting working with the Support Services Assistants to ensure income has been processed correctly.
  • Develop robust processes that drive improvements in data integrity ensuring improved reliability our data to support evolving user needs
  • Provide initial and ad-hoc training for new users and ensure that training is kept up to date to reflect new requirements
  • Work with the team to ensure processes and procedures meet the requirements of our teams’ specific ways of working.
  • Ensure on-going legal data cleanses are effective in order to maintain accuracy of information held about supporters.
  • Running ad-hoc queries
