Download the presentation- Making Insight Work From A Fundraisers Persepctive

With the ever-increasing amounts of insight and analysis available to charities, just how can fundraisers most effectively pick and choose which elements are best to apply to their campaigns?

Final chance to book for our Monday 10th November networking event and hear from a practising Head of Individual Giving about how they are using the insight and analysis provided to them by their consultancy to improve the income from current and future campaigns.

  •  Rupert Tappin, Founder & Director, Decaid Consulting
  • Anna Hardy, Head of Individual Giving, The Children’s Trust

About the speakers

Rupert Tappin has over 15 years’ experience of recruiting regular givers to charities – initially working for NTT, part of Action Aid at the time, and latterly mainly agency-side. He has helped set-up various in-house face-to-face operations and established his own acquisition agency, Future Fundraising, 10 years ago. In 2012 he co-founded his consultancy, Decaid Consulting, which helps charities maximise income from individuals through analysis, benchmarking and improved stewardship. Rupert is driven to help charities to better use data and insight to drive the future performance of campaigns and develop communication strategies that inspire and motivate.

Anna Hardy is Head of Individual Giving at The Children’s Trust, with twenty years’ experience in fundraising, starting her career at Target Direct (now Tangible) and WWAV Rapp, before moving charity side in 2002.  She is responsible for raising £2m a year from individual donations, regular giving, lottery and raffle, in memoriam and legacies.
