The Role                                                                               

An exciting newly created international position has opened in our London office for a data passionate Insights Manager to join our International Fundraising team.

As Fundraising Insights Manager your remit will be to strengthen the evaluation of the effectiveness of our fundraising and supporting activities globally. This will involve developing high quality measurements and analysis of income generation performance as well as delivering insights to underpin and inform the direction of our overall strategy.

You will be a relationship builder and collaborate with fundraising colleagues and business partners across our offices globally to identify gaps in current data collection and analysis to create more effective approaches.

You will develop KPI’s, coordinate data insight collection, design lifetime value models and manage the collation of channel specific fundraising benchmarking as well as any external global data insights initiatives. Important too will be the ability to facilitate skill sharing schemes with fundraising data leads across the global fundraising teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make your next role your own. We are looking for a driven Data Insights Manager who will take the lead in this new position and help steer our fundraising  direction globally. 


  • Significant experience in measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of income generation plans
  • Ability to work with multiple national fundraising teams to measure and manage fundraising data
  • Strong understanding of successful income generation channels and key performance drivers of success.
  • Working knowledge of fundraising/sales CRMs such as Raisers Edge and Sales Force
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised self-starter who’s able to pick up and work on multiple projects in a busy team.
  • Degree or other relevant professional qualification or experience in fundraising, marketing or related field
  • Willing to travel
