And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Support Insight Manager to play a pivotal role in our newly formed Supporter Relationship Management function.

As a manager in the newly formed Supporter Relationship management function, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Anthony Nolan to being more data and insight driven in the way we engage with supporters.

With your extensive statistical modelling skills, the strategic insights you produce will help support Anthony Nolan’s ambitious goals to build deeper relationships with new and existing supporters.

The role will require you to provide detailed analysis of our audiences and measure the effectiveness of our supporter engagement activities. This will ensure that supporters receive the best mix of communications that optimise their level of engagement.

You will have significant experience of applying statistical and analytical modelling using packages such as Altreyx, SPSS or FastStats on large datasets. You will also have demonstrable experience of Supporter (or Customer) Relationship Management as well as experience in econometric forecasting
