The Database Marketing & Insight team is a newly created team within our Fundraising directorate and has business leadership responsibility for data management and targeted data selections, database design and planning, reporting and insight. We are looking for a Database Marketing Officer to join the team to deliver high quality supporter data selections for Public Engagement activities.

You will deliver targeted data selections for fundraising campaigns and other marketing projects and advise teams on segmentation and selections.  You will ensure data is imported into the supporter database (currently CARE) accurately and in a timely manner and lead on day to day data cleansing and housekeeping tasks, supporting staff across the organisation in their use of the database.

Having previously worked in data selections and management, in a supporter or customer focussed environment, you will have demonstrable experience of writing SQL queries to extract data from a relational database.  You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, pay great attention to detail as well as being able to build strong working relationships and proactively liaise with teams to ensure clarity and precision in all data work.
