Marketing Data Analyst
£25,000 – £29,500 depending on experience

We need your passion and drive to provide insight which enables us to get the most out of the data in our CRM system, to be better stewards of our resources and to get to the heart of the performance of our marketing and fundraising campaigns. Through this understanding of our data and through an insight of how our supporters interact with us we aim to transform not only the lives of the children we serve but those of our supporters by delivering an unparalleled experience of walking alongside these children which encourages them to stay with us on this mission and do more
To bring the analytical skills we are looking for you most likely have:
An education to degree level in a subject with a strong mathematical or numerate component
Experience of working with large scale databases, SQL programming (specifically SSAS and SRS) and an understanding of OLAP cubes, SAS experience would be an advantage
Demonstrable experience as a marketing analyst
Strong communication skills to deliver business information in a clear manner
Effective influencing skills in order to embed a culture of continuous improvement and data driven decision making
