Channel Crossing: understanding fundraising performance in an inter-connected media landscape
Date: 10th & 11th July
Location: RNLI in Poole
With digital marketing now mainstream, successful fundraising campaigns today need to attract and engage supporters across a variety of communication channels and provide individuals with choice in ways to respond.
With so much in the fundraiser’s tool kit changing so fast, are our insight and measurement practices advancing at a fast enough pace to understand the significance of multiple channels in a campaign and where to place the investment? Come along and hear about how Oxfam, the RNLI, the RSPB and others are addressing this challenge.
This year, the Insight SIG travels to the seaside to blow away some of the myths about the role and use of individual channels for fundraising plus discuss how we can unravel the complexity of understanding what is driving performance.
